By using our website or engaging our penetration testing and security assessment services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
United Pentest provides offensive security services including but not limited to:
• Web application penetration testing
• Network and infrastructure penetration testing
• Mobile application security assessments
• API security testing
• Cloud configuration reviews
• Red team operations
• Source code reviews
• Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT) with compliance reporting
All engagements are conducted only with explicit written authorization from the client. We do not perform any testing without a signed scope agreement.
3. Authorized Testing Only
You agree that any penetration testing or security assessment services you request will only be performed against systems, applications, and infrastructure that you own or have explicit written permission to test. You must provide written authorization prior to any engagement.
United Pentest shall not be held liable for any claims arising from unauthorized testing requested by a client. The client accepts full legal responsibility for ensuring proper authorization is in place.
4. Confidentiality
United Pentest treats all client information, systems, findings, and reports as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any client information to third parties without your written consent, except where required by law.
Clients are similarly expected to treat our methodologies, tools, and proprietary processes as confidential and not disclose them to third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
All reports, documentation, tools, and methodologies created or used by United Pentest remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deliverables provided to clients (such as VAPT reports) are licensed for internal use by the client only.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our reports or methodologies without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, United Pentest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability in any matter arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific engagement in question.
7. No Guarantee of Security
Penetration testing identifies vulnerabilities at a specific point in time. We do not guarantee that our assessments will identify all vulnerabilities or that systems will be completely secure after remediation. The threat landscape evolves continuously.
8. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, including but not limited to:
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its infrastructure
• Submitting false or misleading information through contact forms
• Using the website to distribute malware or malicious content
• Scraping or harvesting content without permission
9. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those websites.
